I love the old formula more than the new one. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or not, but this deep conditioner left a lot of chunks of avocado in my hair that were hard to get out. It seems like wasn’t blended enough

Absolutely love this product tried others nothing compares for 4c hair.

I used this product as hair mask before shampoo. Because when I used it after shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair extremely oily. If felt as if I had oiled my hair after shampoo. So, I use frozen treatments before shampoo.

Great deep conditioner. I love using this hydrating one during the winter or coming out of the winter season. It's great as a pick me up after the harsh winter. I also love using this deep conditioner in the summer because the sun can dry out my curls and this replenishes them. All the deep conditioners are great though!

I washed my hair and applied this conditioner to my hair. It started to burn so I immediately rinsed it out, couldn't leave it in for 10-20 minutes like recommended. I had rinsed/colored my hair right before using this product, don't know if that had any thing to do with it. I will try it again to make sure I'm having a legitimate issue with this product. Ok! I was so impressed with this deep conditioner. I am so mad it took me so long to try it. I love how it helped with my curl pattern. It added great strength to my hair. Not going to lie. The customer service did well but it took a while for my item to ship. Definitely well worth it. However, the ship time made me reconsider how I envision this in my routine.

I wasn't clear if I was supposed to use all of the product in one used. So I put it in my hair per instructions and rinse it out but it didn't say weather I needed to wash afterwards, so I had to rewash my hair cause it left a lot of product in my hair so I did wash it out and it also made my hair hard. So I will not buy this again, I was very disappointed

This is one of the best and l absolutely love it because it gives my scalp the best cool treat.My hair feels so soft, smooth and supple . sometimes, I feel like not washing it off. I've tried the original deep conditioner and the sensitive scalp one so of course I was going to try this new one! I love the blend of avocado and kiwi especially since I've realized the original avocado dc is strong for my scalp. But this one is great balance with all the moisture and hydration as any of the originals. Another plus for avocado/kiwi line!

The IceCream avocado and kiwi burned my scalp. Do not use. When I reached out to notify the company. I was offered 13.50. I read the great reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience.

It burned my scalp. It says to leave on for 20 minutes I made it to 8 minutes and had to wash it out. It was like getting a relaxer. It burned

I used this product after a very drying shampoo so I think I threw off the moisture protein balance of my hair because it felt quite crunchy after using this product. I added some moisturizing leave-in and it was better texture and moisture wise. The main reason I give this product 4 stars is actually the smell. I would not call myself odor sensitive when it comes to my hair and I am not sure that maybe it was the combination of products I used after ,which are black castor oil and my leave in ,but my hair smells sickly sweet and also oily, like frying oil almost. I normally use all these products and I didn't notice this in the past. I expected some scent like most products but I was pretty unprepared for how strong the smell is, and I would have been okay with a more natural scent but the sickliness smells very artificial. To be fair though, my hair might have always smelled oily and it may be the sickly sweet smell that made me notice it more.

My hair was really dry and dull. After trying the ice-cream conditioner, my hair looks like it has life now! It feel moisturized and is shiny. I love it and will be purchasing more items from Naturall and recommending these products to others.

Believe all of the hype!! I was amazed by how moisturized my hair was after (and honestly during) using this deep conditioner. My hair dries out very easily, and I've struggled to lock down a routine to maintain moisture. My hair feels and looks so healthy and lively. I'm officially adding this to my list of go-to products.
