Expected Time to Delivery

  • Standard orders ship within 7 business days, but orders may ship the same day.
  • Standard shipping is 3–7 days after shipment.
  • If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier (USPS) first, then hello@naturallclub.com for assistance.

  • up to 1 lb: $6.99
  • up to 2 lb: $7.99
  • up to 3 lb: $8.99

Shipping to Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Wyoming, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Utah, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington:

  • up to 1 lb: $7.99 
  • up to 2 lb: $9.99
  • up to 3 lb: $13.99

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands:

  • Rate will be contingent on weight and determined at checkout

Shipping to US military bases:

  • APO/FPO/DPO flat rate: $17.80

Shipping Fees (Canada)

  • Shipping will be determined by weight, starting at $8.

Subscriptions

  • All new subscriptions will receive free shipping for the first order
  • Subsequent subscription renewals will be charged $4.99 shipping per renewal. 
  • Note: If you already have a recurring subscription that receives free shipping, you will continue to receive free shipping as long as you keep your subscription. Any new subscriptions will be subject to the above policies.

Shipping Insurance 

  • NaturAll guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
  • We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.

Address Change / Incorrect Address Policies

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
  • NaturAll will not refund or send free replacements for orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
