Shipment Method and Availability:

- We currently ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.
Expected Time to Delivery
- Standard orders ship within 7 business days, but orders may ship the same day.
- Standard shipping is 3–7 days after shipment.
- If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier (USPS) first, then hello@naturallclub.com for assistance.
- Customers have up to 3 months to report a missing order to receive a replacement. Any orders reported as missing outside of that time cannot be replaced free of charge. After the 3 month mark, replacement orders will come with standard shipping fees.

- up to 1 lb: $6.99
- up to 2 lb: $7.99
- up to 3 lb: $8.99
- up to 1 lb: $7.99
- up to 2 lb: $9.99
- up to 3 lb: $13.99
- Rate will be contingent on weight and determined at checkout
- APO/FPO/DPO flat rate
Shipping Fees (Canada)
- Shipping will be determined by weight, starting at $8.
Subscriptions
- All new subscriptions will receive free shipping for the first order
- Subsequent subscription renewals will be charged $4.99 shipping per renewal.
- Note: If you already have a recurring subscription that receives free shipping, you will continue to receive free shipping as long as you keep your subscription. Any new subscriptions will be subject to the above policies.
Subscription Renewals and Notifications
- Please note that the customer assumes responsibility to skip or cancel any unwanted, upcoming renewals/charges. We highly encourage customers to remember their renewal dates as opposed to relying on the subscription services' notification system. There are sometimes technical errors that occur that can prevent users from receiving notifications.
- If you do not receive a SKIP notification for your upcoming renewal, you will have to directly reach out to customer service to request the charge to be skipped.
- You can make a cancellation request by contacting customer service at hello@naturallclub.com or via our online chat feature (found at the bottom righthand side of the screen)
- We cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be approved. Cancellation requests made far out in advance are more likely to be approved (due to our volume of orders)
Shipping Insurance
- NaturAll guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer
- Customers have up to 3 months to report a missing order to receive a replacement. Any orders reported as missing outside of that time cannot be replaced free of charge. After the 3 month mark, replacement orders will come with a standard shipping fee.
- We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee
- If two or more orders have experienced (consecutive) shipping issues under the same address, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. In these cases, a store credit for the order subtotal will be issued to the email on file

Address Change / Incorrect Address Policies
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
- NaturAll will not refund or send free replacements for orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
