I have a loyal customer for years! The only conditioning treatment I’ve used in myself and my clients. I get the bundle (all of 4 treatments) I love them all, but the Seamoss and aloe a little less. The seamoss herbs, minerals… if they can be crushed down to dust that would be ideal. When using, I have almost everytime explains that’s “not dandruff, it’s from the all natural conditioner” response is usually okay. But I usually keep it for myself due to the aftermath of herbs sitting on top of my head.

I had high hopes for this product because my hair loves aloe vera but the sea moss made this conditioning experience a complete mess. I spent 20 minutes trying to rinse out the chunks of dried sea moss -- even reshampooed -- and still couldn't get it all out. As I detangled and did my twisting, some bits came out on the comb and my shirt. Now that it's dry there are STILL bits in my hair, making me look like I have some kind of scalp condition. There should be a warning on this product.

I used to love this froze. It used to be my favorite and it left my hair super hydrated. Having said that I don’t know if it’s just a bad batch or naturally is looking for a way to process it cheaper but the pieces of sea moss and kelp are huge now. The entire product is now a gunky mess of pieces that get every where and are hard to wash out. Does the product still work as intended? Yes but it’s entirely too hard and mess to use. Call me back naturall when you decide to crush these pieces up like you used to.
