Keep frozen. Thaw minutes before use. After cleansing and conditioning, divide hair into quadrants. Distribute Ice Cream Treatment™ throughout. Cover your hair with a shower cap,let the treatment sit for 20–40 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with our Leave-In Conditioner or Moisturizer. For best results, repeat this deep conditioning treatmentevery two weeks.

I tried the castor oil and carrot avocado deep conditioner after washing and it was stinging my scalp! Too much fragrance! It left my hair and scalp oily with tiny bits of residue from the mask. Yes I rinsed my hair thoroughly and brushed it out. After a few days my scalp and hair were more hydrated. I purchased these for my chemically straightened hair to add extra moisture, nourishment and to help fight dry scalp. It helped a bit.

WHAT. THE. HELL. Absolutely fantastic; it had so much slip and my usually low porosity hair sucked that bad boy up and gave me such an incredible definition to my hair.
