The smell! It's so fruity and amazing! I do find that its particularly strong but thats just a plus for those who prefer scented products which I dont. I love how the scent is natural and made up of essential oils but I really wish Naturall ends up making an unscented option seeing as though people do have sensitivities with EOs like me for example, my scalp will eventually get itchy which it sadly did. My hair ends up feeling clean, soft, and healthy when I use this because obviously that ingredient list is the bomb! It does not strip it at all! I honestly do get an occasional scalp pimple (really small though) when using this but other than that. I highly, highly recommend this. I fell in love with this product and am so happy I gave it a try!

I've tried using it TWO separate times...I also did a PRE-poo detangling & conditioning BEFORE using it....just to see if it was something else....BUT NOPE it was THIS shampoo ONLY causing the issue, so I unfortunately will not be purchasing this for MY type 4 b/c hair ever again.
I'm Not sure what type of hair these other reviewers have....seems mostly NOT 4 b/c which is probably why it works for them.

This shampoo was really nice. It smelled amazing (though it did smell sweet and the scent was pretty high, so if you're sensitive to that take note). Also, the shampoo itself felt really nice. It had a good texture and didn't strip my hair at all. My hair was really soft after my regular wash routine. A little goes a long way with this product and you don't need a lot to clean both hair and scalp.
