Ordered products to restock. I usually order shampoo and leave in conditioner and sometimes edge control and hair smoothies. I ordered the mystery box for the first time and was grateful for everything that was included. 2 different Edge controls, regular conditioner, and a shampoo. All products I plan to definitely use.

I never received some of these items as well as other items I had purchased. I have emailed three times and also left a message on Instagram and still no reply back. I left a picture of my order when I opened it and a picture of the order receipt with the products that I have and the products that are missing, I spent a lot of money on these products to not get all the products I actually paid for. It’s very sad because I am all about a natural journey when it comes to my body and was looking for natural hair products, and this was my first time, and I had a bad experience with it.

The product you send I don’t even understand how to use it. I don’t think it work with my hair tight and I don’t like that kiwi avocado. I just like the avocado have been trying to get just the avocado products I don’t like it does not work on my hair type. And it’s hard to in touch with you’ll I email y’all hanging out, sent back some emails. I didn’t have nothing to do with what I asked you so I cancel my prescription because I do not like the avocado kiwi.

Absolutely love all the items received. Definitely helpful for placing moisture back onto my damaged hair.

I was surprised,.with the contents of the mystery box, the shampoo,conditioners and additional items were all moisturizing for my hair.
