How long until my product is shipped?

We make our products in small batches in order to prioritize freshness and quality in our hair products. We do our best to ship all orders within 7 business days, but your order may ship sooner.

Products that are out of stock may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. Check the product page to see if the item is out of stock (you will see an orange notice if the item is sold out.)

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the U.S., U.S. territories, U.S. military bases, and Canada. Fill out this form and you will be added to a list of international buyers, so we'll notify you as soon as we expand!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping Fees:

Shipping is determined by weight, starting at $5 for US shipments and $8 for shipments to U.S. territories, military bases, and Canada. 

We offer free shipping in the U.S. to any order over $75 and on all subscriptions.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to U.S. territories, military bases, and Canada

What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address for an order contact Please include your order number and the correct shipping address. Note: We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. We are unable to process address changes on items that have been shipped or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address. 

To change the shipping address for a subscription, go to "Manage Subscriptions" after logging into your store account using the profile icon in the top righthand corner of your screen. Under "Subscription Orders" you'll see "Ships to" your address. Click "Edit" to change this address.

Important notice: subscription addresses will be updated for all scheduled deliveries, but not for orders that have been processed. If your renewal has been processed or if you'd like to change the address for the very first order in your subscription, contact to process this request. This request must be received before the item is shipped.

How long does delivery take after shipment?

We will send you an email once your NaturAll Club products has been shipped, containing a tracking number for your package. Expect delivery 4–7 days after shipment.

I am having trouble tracking my order

Since we prioritize shipping freshly made products, it can take up to 7 days for us to make and ship your order. If you still haven't received a tracking number, it is most likely because your order has not shipped yet. Feel free to get in contact with to ask for an estimated shipping date.

What makes your deep conditioners different?

Our deep conditioners are the only product on the market that is made with fresh fruit. They are so fresh and natural, you have to keep them refrigerated! Keep our deep conditioners frozen so they won't go bad before you need to use them.

Also, most natural or curly/kinky hair products on the market are oil-based (as the first ingredient after water.) While oils help seal moisture into hair and prevent it from drying out, oil itself sits on the hair cuticle without penetrating the hair shaft, and cannot provide moisture. By comparison, our deep conditioners are fruit-based. Fruits (such as avocado, the primary ingredient in our deep conditioners) have the ability to penetrate deep into the hair shaft, giving your hair the ultimate moisture, along with all the other nutrients and vitamins naturally contained in such fruits.

If the deep conditioners are perishable, will they go bad in the mail?

We ship the Deep Conditioners from frozen and have tested them for up to 14 days in the mail with no issues. It is normal for your deep conditioners to arrive at room temperature.
