To change the shipping address for an order contact hello@naturallclub.com. Please include your order number and the correct shipping address. Note: We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. We are unable to process address changes on items that have been shipped or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
To change the shipping address for a subscription, go to "Manage Subscriptions" after logging into your store account using the profile icon in the top righthand corner of your screen. Under "Subscription Orders" you'll see "Ships to" your address. Click "Edit" to change this address.
Important notice: subscription addresses will be updated for all scheduled deliveries, but not for orders that have been processed. If your renewal has been processed or if you'd like to change the address for the very first order in your subscription, contact hello@naturallclub.com to process this request. This request must be received before the item is shipped.
