Return Policies and Cancellations

You may cancel any order from NaturAll before it fulfills. Once it does fulfill and ships out to you, your order can no longer be canceled.

Any order that is successfully cancelled will receive a store credit valued at the amount of purchase minus any shipping fees.

Return & Exchanges 
NaturAll recognizes that everyone's hair is different, so if you aren't in love with the products, we got you covered! We take returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Allergic reaction or irritation 
  • Fulfillment mistake
  • Wrongly ordered product 
  • Product didn't perform as advertised (Please see 30-Day Guarantee)

We unfortunately are unable to accept the following product returns:

  • Orders placed to all international or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • Overly used products or products not purchased online at
  • Deep Conditioner
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

How to make a return:

Returning packages with NaturAll is easy!

  1. First, login to the return portal by clicking the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the website, and click "return an order." Use your email and order number to log in and choose the items you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Once we approve of the return, we will send a return label to your email.
  3. Print out the return label and stick it on to a box containing the products you'd like to return.
  4. Seal up your package, and ship it us! Your package must be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date or we cannot accept return. It must be sent in the same condition in order to receive full store credit. Note, there will be a standard shipping fee of $7 when returning your product.
  5. Once we receive your package, we will issue your store credit via email or send you your desired new products!
