Cancellation requests may be submitted via chat or email. Orders can only be cancelled before it fulfills. Once an order fulfills and a shipping label is created, the order can longer be cancelled.
Any order that is successfully cancelled will receive a store credit valued at the amount of purchase minus any shipping fees.
