Rewards Program Update
We now allow anyone who makes a purchase with us eligible to earn points! That means whenever you refer a friend (with your personal referral link) your friend can start earning points, too! Even if they don’t have a customer account with NaturAll Club. Guest users can even refer a friend through their own link! Below is what the referral pop up will look like:
We've also changed up how our Avocado tiers are going to be ranked! If you are currently a Silver, Gold, or Diamond avocado you will have to keep this status for all of next year. How this works is all of your activity (i.e points earned and tiers achieved) within one calendar year will determine your VIP tier for that year and the following calendar year.
Here’s what that will look like:
If you earn enough points to reach Gold Avocado in November of 2019. You will enjoy the benefits of your gold tier for the rest of that year and all of 2020!
In 2020, you’ll have to earn enough points to re-qualify to be a Gold Avocado in 2021. If not, your tier will be recalculated based on the points that they have earned. All in all, just keep earning points and you will be set!
