It’s Muhga, CEO of NaturAll. I wanted to check in with our community because COVID-19 affects us all. Clear communication is essential in this time of uncertainty. At NaturAll, our community always comes first, and we are committed to the health, safety, and well-being of all our customers as well as our staff. 


I urge you all to follow the CDC’s guidelines as it pertains to family care, community care, and even self-care. If you are maintaining your beauty rituals at home, remember to wash your hands and sanitize your areas and tools, before and after caring for your hair. Most importantly, if possible, I ask that you stay at home, practice social distancing, and wear a mask.


At NaturAll, we are practicing what we preach! I wanted to let you know that we are taking extra precautions to ensure quality sanitation within our facilities and in doing so I wanted to prepare you all for slightly longer shipping times. Our standard for shipping has been 3–7 business days, please be mindful that it is likely your order could be shipped out closer to 7 business days. We are honored to serve you during this challenging period and thank you so much for your trust and support.
