I can't believe you guys are asking me to review an order that I never received I have been contacting you guys repeatedly on multiple platforms but here goes another round.
My recent items order#327745 were ordered on October 18th and the order was shipped out allegedly on the 19th.
I have emailed you guys several times I've never had an issue and I'm a long time client. I saw your policy and read the part about contacting USPS first. I did that. They never received your package.
In fact, they've generated the label and are still awaiting the package. It appears that the items were never shipped to them and still has yet to be. I understand that once you guys ship the item there's nothing you can do but the items never arrived to the carrier, USPS. This looks bad and before I jump to any conclusions I just need answers because this doesn't make any sense to me. I would like a refund or the items to be shipped out I've already paid for a double order. This is unbelievable I've never had an experience like this and I still really love the brand but I need my products or I need a refund please someone get back to me as soon as possible!
I have sent screenshots of the updates that USPS has provided and my order receipt and previous emails to you guys.
