I never received any items I purchased nor a response from the company to any of my emails. My items just say need shipping label. I'll be contacting my card company to get my money back. I ordered 11/21/23 today is 12/14/23. I am disappointed I found this company on IG. OH WELL ON TO THE NEXT...

I bought two bottles of this and never received it. The tracking never moved beyond the label being created. USPS never received it. I reached out 4 times over 4 weeks. No response whatsoever. I was a long time customer. Never buying again. I'll find something more natural.

This review is about the very poor customer service from this company. I ordered a leave in conditioner back in February that I have yet to receive. I have contacted this company multiple times regarding this issue to no avail. At this point, I’m left to contact my credit card company to rectify this situation and get a refund since no one at this company seems to care about whether their customers receive products they have paid for. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The shampoo and conditioners cause i use all of them from time to time i like variety and once i put the conditioner in as well it feels so soft and clean . I love big hair so just a little makes for a great hair day with the leave in conditioner. I found-out steaming my hair the product just hand and hand . Thanks naturall ♥️

Actually tried ur product 2yrs ago. Was disappointed at first, but after giving product time to work was quite pleased. Went natural after yrs of perms and I feel this product along with the Jamaican black castor oil growth serum has helped through the natural hair process.

This is the very first shampoo that left my hair feeling hydrated rather than dry and tangled. I can actually detangle my hair while shampooing it!! And the leave in conditioner made me feel there was hope!!!! It detangles my hair to the point where I can finger detangle and it absorbs into my hair rather than sitting on top! Really satisfied with these products. I have purchased some of your products for others because they are so well made!!

My curls look amazing (I've been looking for A, B, C, & D together in one product for a LOOOOONG time). Thanks a million! This is the first day I used the product, so I washed my hair, put product in wet and scrunched with a towel to get some more of the excess water out. On top of that it's raining outside, so it's humid, and I was outside hanging out before the rain. My hair STILL dryer with minimal frizz! If I was going out this evening, I'd run another couple more pumps through my hair and I feel like it would be 100% all night. just as reference, I haven't had my hair trimmed in over a year (corona) so that's why the bottom looks a little frazzled, but even with that, This product is EXACTLY what I've been looking for! Hallelujah!

Washing my hair with their new line made my hair easy to detangle using their conditioner and deep conditioner made my hair easy to run my hands through and styling with their leave in conditioner made it super baby soft. Now I’m trying their JBCO in lavender scent and i legit feel my hair getting strong and my pores opening and receiving thr moisture from the air into my sculp Almost like a humactant So weird like legit cool air every moment. Legit stops me in my tracks And me saying “ oooo” i feel that Overall, i wish I found this brand sooner And blessed the come across this brand Please don’t ever change
