The original was more hydrating. I was surprised how much more hair I shed using this conditioner. This was my go to conditioner- I used at least 14 tubes and it was great for travel. I haven't rebought this product and I don't recommend it.

My bad for not reading the full ingredient list. Had I done so, I’d have known this has coconut oil in it - which my hair absolutely hates. I already know this product will make my hair look like cotton candy so I may simply return it (if that’s possible). The search continues for a great conditioner.

I used the Hydrating Conditioner in my daughter’s hair. I can honestly say this was the softest her hair has felt after her wash. Even after being wrapped up in an old t-shirt for about 30mins before I started styling, her hair was soft and easy to comb through. I used the conditioner, shampoo, leave-in, moisturizer, and curl custard. After just shampooing and conditioning, I noticed a difference in my hair. My hair literally felt slightly moisturized after just that. I flat twisted my hair and took it out the next day. This is how it looked from the top. I enjoyed using these products and would buy them again.

I personally haven't used this as I deep condition after I wash my hair since I wash it every two weeks and they recommend you deep condition every two weeks. My sister uses it though and she said it has helped her hair tremendously. I have noticed her hair looking a lot healthier and moisturized as well.
