quality, customer service, fast shipping & packaging is perfect, the only hang up with this is the smell is medicinal. if thats not something u care about then definitely purchase. i prefer products with a nice smell so i probably wont repurchase this product but will definitely be a continued customer for their products with more pleasant scents though

I have went through several products with natural hair and this has been the best with popping curls and not leaving my hair dry with good moisture. Love the way my hair feels and receiving alot of compliments. Order today and you won't regret it..

This company does not care about its customers!!! I ordered two of the Jamaican black oils and used the "$15 off $30" coupon in my account. One oil alone is $15.50, so buying two qualified me for this coupon. So my total went from $31 to $16 with the coupon. My final total was $22.49 after taxes. After checking out, I noticed my confirmation email showed only one oil was purchased but I was still charged $22.49. When the package arrived, only one oil was in the box. I lost that coupon in my account and was never compensated for the second oil. What I don't like about this brand is their customer service. It basically does not exist. Ive sent several emails and I have heard nothing back. In the past, I ordered their spray bottle and was given something that doesn't come close to the pictures online. It took them 4 MONTHS to finally send me what I originally ordered. I like the products but I am the type of person that judges the quality of the company and this company does not care about their customers needs. It is a shame.

This a great product. It says what is going to do. Regrow your hair. My edges are thin, but my hair is growing back in the thinning area. I highly recommend this product.

I have used a,ton of products early in when I,became natural but they produced so much buildup and weren't actually great for my hair. I,LOVE the education about hair we get from the Naturall Club. It empowers me to choose wisely, ask more questions and understand my texture and how to care for it! Looking forward to the next thing!

This is my all- time favorite hair oil to use. I've tried a few other Black- owned companies and oil blends and some were nice, but none made the grade like this oil does. This oil is thick enough to penetrate my locs and the nozzle makes it easy for the oil to hit my scalp without soaking into the length of my hair. Especially in the winter, this oil is perfection. In summertime, use a little less but still works wonders. I only wish it came in a bigger bottle. Amazing product.

I went “natural” in 2019. I wore a short cut with my hair shaved and tapered in the back and sides. It’s now May 2021 and with using NaturAll products, my hair is past my shoulders and growing down my back. It’s really obvious when I get a Silk Press.

I was battling with my edges since I added relaxer and i had postpartum sheeding all at the same time so I decided to purchase this baby & my edges ate growing back faster and better then ever! I also add it to my JBCO deep conditioner and leave in for 45min ( yes, that’s right) longer then recommended and when i was done washing it out My hair was soft, manageable, easy to blow dry and SUPER MOISTURIZED! The smell is incredible Like oranges! I use it every night with my head massager for the blood flow And let me tell you Works wonders I would walk by the hair department at target and never look in that isle cause naturallclub has everything i ever need for my hair to thrive. I wish i found these in 2018 but it’s been a year and a couple of months since i went natural. Thank you so much guys. Please don’t ever change Your heart is in the right place
