Yes. Every Vault bottle is a preorder. We make this batch after the preorder window closes, so your order helps decide how much we produce.
When will my payment be collected?
In full, today, at checkout. That payment goes directly toward this production batch.
Why is the price $12.34?
It’s our break-even price. Bringing back a product you love matters more to us than profit on this batch.
When will my order ship?
Vault orders ship the first week of December. We’ll send production updates by email, and tracking as soon as your order ships.
Which orders qualify for Christmas delivery?
Every Vault preorder placed before the vault closes (Monday, Nov 2 at 12:00 PM ET) qualifies, to any address we ship to and with any shipping method. See the full delivery guarantee details at the bottom of this page.
What happens if the delivery guarantee is missed?
If your guaranteed order arrives after Christmas, email hello@naturallclub.com and we’ll give you a full refund of the order.
Can I order multiple bottles?
Yes. Choose your quantity before you preorder. Each bottle is $12.34.
What happens after the vault closes?
The leave-in will still be available for preorder until December, but the Vault price ends. Those orders join our next batch. We don’t have a shipping date for that batch yet, so we can’t guarantee the price will stay the same or that those orders will arrive before Christmas. To get the Vault price and the Christmas delivery guarantee, order before the vault closes.
Has the formula or packaging changed?
No. It’s the original NaturAll Avocado + Kiwi Leave-In, with the same formula and the same packaging you remember.
How do cancellations or returns work?
You can cancel by chat or email at hello@naturallclub.com until your order ships. Cancelled orders receive store credit for the full order amount, including shipping. Returns follow our return and cancellation policy. Vault bottles aren’t treated as sale items, so they can be returned within 30 days for store credit.
