I waited long enough for my order and was very unsatisfied to discover oil all over the box. The top to the oil broken off. This was Saturday, December 17, also on this day I submitted an email. I got no reply! I called and left vmail, no answer and no call back. Is this really the way you handle issues with customers?

The best oil for my scalp. It responses to it better than any other oil. I often have a dry scalp and dandruff but the Jamaican castor oil keeps my dandruff at bay! I wish they would bring back all the original scents--lemon, orange, lavender and the unscented.

I travel all over the world and from extreme heat to freezing temps, if i dont have enough of my castor oil in the body im not going lol. I normally dont order things only cause you never know but thank God I gave this a try been using close to a year now. :)

I have been pleased with it two times now and will keep purchasing it for myself and the family. The smell is mild but I like the information that is placed on the bottle to explain the ingredients. Keep up the good work!

I've been using the jamaican black castor oil for about 2 and 1/2 weeks. The aroma took a moment to digest, it smells like oranges and some other spices. Being that I was using another brand of jamaican black castor oil I wanted a cleaner form that I have found in this item. My hair seems stronger and with a nice sheen when I take down my twist. Not as much shedding. Already ordered my second bottle and trying to decide whether to get the lavender oil.

I love this oil! It really works for hair growth, which is my goal. My hair is relaxed and this growth serum has increased the amount of new growth I’ve seen, and I’ve only had the product for two weeks. I use it daily. My new growth comes out silky and not dangled, as opposed to dry and kinky. I’ve also noticed that the hair in the middle and front of my head grows faster than the hair in the back of my head. Not sure why.

Obviously this brand is more catered to the black community and their hair but I wanted to see how it would work with my type of curls and I just started using so I don’t have results yet but just wanted to note that they say a little goes a long way for this product but on my type of hair, take this saying SERIOUSLY! Like 2 or 3 drops total, I promise you

Customer service was fantastic, this is why I like buying from small businesses. My phone put in the wrong address all the way across the country and they got it redirected to my real address and for that I think I will be making future purchases here. The smell of it at first smells a bit earthy then give it a couple minuets and it smells good like lavender, I feel like my hair has gained some growth after applying this product to my scalp.
