My items finally arrived I ordered on 11/21/23 and received 12/18/23 be patient guys give them a month at least. They didn't respond to my 4 emails either. They do need to communicate better with their customers also, I have not tried my items yet.

This is some POWERFUL stuff right here!! When I first used this I followed the instructions, But after I rinsed my hair (type4) was very “heavy & Gummy” super curly and shiny nonetheless. I thought I left it in too long (30mins) so I checked YouTube and apparently it happens alot depending on your hair type not the product. So I took the advice and shampooed again... BUT that’s when the magic happen! I’ve never seen my hair pop like that after any type of wash, it didn’t loose any luster either and was very manageable! so it had to be the Treatment. I waited two weeks before applying the Carrot Treatment, this time I just wet my hair, sectioned, and applied. Then I used the Eden cowash… LET ME TELL YOUUUU!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I can actually tell my hair absorbed the “good stuff”. My curls clump way more then before with less knots, and as naturalls y’all know how important the curl clumps are!!✨

So I don’t know if you are able to rethawed after you use it once, there wasn’t instructions on that. But I used Half of it on my daughters hair one day and the other half on my hair another day. When I rethought it and used it on my hair it was more watery and I don’t know if it was still giving me the same treatment. After using it on my daughters here It back in the freezer as instructed to do when I wasn’t using and then when it was time for me to use it I rethawed it and this is the consistency I got on my hair.

I’m not sure what happened. The roots were soft but the ends were tangled..

This product stinks so bad. I've used it twice now and threw it away this morning. It also irritates my skin. I saw another reviewer said the same. I'll try the AvoKiwi one next time I deep condition my hair. It worked on my hair, but I refuse to keep using something that irritates my skin and also smells bad

If I could get my money back I would... Cons: -I’ve never had a deep conditioner make my hair dry and tangled. As you can see in the picture, I can’t even run my hands through my hair even though I JUST detangled it in the shower. I knew that something was wrong when I put it on my hair because it instantly started to feel dry and stiff. - It was also disconcerting to me that this natural conditioner left flakes and residue on my high porosity hair. Most other conditioners are instantly absorbed and don’t leave any residue. - The package is too small. Even if this was a good product, I would need to buy one package for every wash day. My hair is very thick and waist length when stretched. - This product started to make my skin and scalp itch and I had to wash it out after 3mins. This is the worst part because I regularly do all natural hair treatments on my hair (namely the Cherry Lola treatment) and I include many of the same ingredients so I wonder what’s really in this product. Pros: - It smelled nice. - I love the brochure. It was very fun and creative. - I love the mission behind this company. I wish that more companies had a similar vision. It hurts my heart to leave this review because I see this is a black owned company and the owner clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and has invested so much time and money into it. I truly wish her the best because she deserves it. Unfortunately, I just won’t be one of the customers.

Great experience with this product.

I used this deep conditioner today and rinsed it out with cool water. Afterwards I ran my fingers through my hair and it was soo soft and soo moisturized. I wondered if I still had product in my hair or something but I didn’t. The product just worked that good! If you’re looking for a moisturizing conditioner that will KEEP your hair moisturized GET THIS. Also I have very thick and medium length type 4 hair and I only needed to use half the bag. A little goes a long way.

I'm sure this product works well for others but I had a allergic reaction. I like the other products though, the OG avocado leave in conditioner is nice.

There’s a one star review on here saying this product burned and couldn’t be washed out. This is true. It did burn a bit but only on the spots of my scalp I scrubbed raw. It took a bit to wash out but my hair felt protected by the conditioner. I liked it very much and the picture is my after image of not only the deep conditioner but the leave in conditioner and growth serum and oil. And after being brushed!! The curls kept snug. My curls feel healthy, they’re tight and moisturized. And the smell of my hair from the products is so refreshing.

This was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had with any conditioner. The application of the conditioner was great. It provided lots of slip and felt moisturizing. Things start to go down hill when I let it sit on my hair as instructed. My scalp started to burn and if any conditioner got on my face it also burned my face. Then washing it out was a disaster. It would not budge not matter how long I rinsed it. I ended up having to shampoo it out after wasting 30 minutes rinsing my hair. Now three days later my scalp is itching uncontrollably and I’m going to have to use head and shoulders to shampoo my hair and strip everything out of it. Incredibly disappointed in this experience.

I washed my hair and applied the ice cream overnight. I was suffering from dehydrated strands but after using ice cream my hair has been transformed. I will repurchase.

I’ve tried loads of deep conditioners trying to find the best results. I will say this one trumps my go-to, making my hair the softest. That being said, my hair was so soft it had no structure or coil definition as I normally do after rinsing out. The texture was frizzy like a brushed out fro. Also, I wish the formula was completely smooth, I found this a bit messy to put in as I had tiny chunks of what I believe was avocado falling all over the place (I deep condition at the sink not in the shower) . I would still recommend this product for someone looking for something really hydrating. I use 4 oz at a time to deep condition, which is an entire $13.50 pack. For that reason I wouldn’t make this my regular go-to, that’s simply isn’t practical or responsible.

My hair had been straight for a few weeks so I was worried about heat damage and my curl pattern, however this deep conditioner definitely helped my curls bounce back. And smells soo good

I absolutely LOVE the results I got from the Ice Cream Lavender pack. This one seems to actually penetrate my hair better than the original deep conditioners. My hair felt and LOOKED (important) moisturized the whole week after I did twist outs. I will definitely be repurchasing! I can't wait to try the other two "flavors."

I used this deep conditioner on my locs and it made them feel light and soft. I really enjoy using this on my wash days, because it works well on my hair and my daughter’s hair (who also has locs) and it saves me time from making my own deep conditioner in the kitchen.

My hair never clumps like this and it was so soft and manageable.

OMG--I can honestly say that this is theee BEST deep conditioner I have EVER used. My hair felt aaaahmazing! It was just so lush and moist that I couldn't stop touching it. And combing through it to do my twist-outs was practically effortless. This DC is worth every single penny. I used the original dry formula and can't wait to try the others. So in love!

I’ve grown my hair out myself for 3yrs caring for it. I decide one time to flat iron in March and I damage my coils (I’m still so upset). The protein deep conditioner helped with the tangles I now have and breakage. I’ll get this again for sure to help my hair.

I purchased the Wheat Germ/Argan Oil. Smells delightful. Penetrated strands with moisture. Prevented major shrinkage to my 4b/c hair before rinsing as pictured. hair was shiny and soft and easy to detangle after rinsing out.

I have tried a lot of deep conditioners, but the avocado deep conditioner is by far the best. After using it my hair feels silky smooth, moisturized, and very well nourished. I highly recommend this product. Love it!

I love this deep conditioning treatment The day before this picture was taken I did one on my hair and my daughters hair. We have to different hair types obviously it truly is for all hair types!!!! And the smell is FANTASTIC! Worth the money and the hype.

The smell is amazing! The product glided through my hair & made detangling manageable. This is my hair after washing the conditioner out…NO PRODUCT. My curls are so defined. I was a little concerned though cause my hair still feels like there is product on it but I washed the product out for at last 10-15 minutes and it still felt the same. Other than this, I absolutely love the product. My hair also isn’t frizzy like it usually is after washing product out of it.

This stuff is magic! As soon as I rinsed it out, my curls were defined and soft. My hair looked healthy even my hair color was dark and rich something I have not seen since childhood. I just bought another batch. I didn’t realize how much my hair needed this type of deep condition.

I tried the wash day bundle approximately 4 weeks ago and I am hooked! The look and feel of my hair has changed. My hair is moisturized and my curls in the back (3C) are much more defined. This is without a doubt the best deep conditioner I have used on my hair! The smell alone is fantastic, but the way my hair feels after I complete my deep conditioning routine is perfection. Well done NaturAllclub. I can NEVER keep my 4C low porosity hair moisturized for long, but this deep conditioner left my hair soft and hydrated for over a week. Nothing has compared to this. I have signed up for a subscription immediately. I self care must I have to say. So thank you again from a very busy registered nurse!

I have to wear my hair pinned up for work. After using this i can comb through my hair get in a chignon or ponytail without ripping hair out. My hair feels soft and moisturized

I loved this product! It smells great, the packaging is nice and contained more product than the other deep conditioners. I love the Sensitive Scalp DC but I think I love this one even more! It really coated every strand and provided intense moisture. My hair loved it.
