Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policies

We offer refunds on orders that are cancelled before shipment. Refunds will be issued to the account used to place the order. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped, so we recommend submitting cancellation and refund requests within 48 hours of placing your order.

We do not accept returns.

NaturAll Club will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged, missing, or otherwise impacted by circumstances outside of the customer’s control. Contact to report damaged or missing items.

Gift Cards and items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request

Order cancellations and refunds (including renewal charges from existing subscriptions) must be processed by a customer service representative. To submit a cancellation or refund request, contact us at or call us at 800-683-8576 anytime during business hours, and be ready to provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. Allow one full business day for us to assist you.

How to Cancel a Subscription for Future Orders

You may cancel your subscription at anytime. You may do this manually from our online customer portal (log in at the top right hand corner of the website and click 'Manage Subscriptions') or contact us at to cancel the subscription for you. Important: This action will stop all future charges to your account, but will not refund any charges that have already gone through. Follow instructions in the section above to request a refund on a subscription renewal.

Once your subscription renews, we begin preparing to fulfill and ship your renewal order immediately. It comes at a cost to cancel and refund orders after we receive them, so we encourage customers who’d like to cancel subscriptions to do so before the subscription renewal date (the 1st of each month.)
