Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policies

You cancel any order from NaturAll before it fulfills. Once it does fulfill and ships out to you, you can cancel under these circumstances. 


  • If you reached out before your order was fulfilled. 
  • The product did not do what was advertised. 
  • Placed an order for the wrong item.

Once you cancel your order, please wait a few business days to see the money return to your account. Please be patient with us in this process the cancellation and place the refund to your account. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.

Return & Exchanges 
NaturAll recognizes that everyone's hair is different, so if you aren't in love with the products, we got you covered! We take returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Allergic reaction or irritation 
  • Fulfillment mistake
  • Wrongly ordered product 
  • Product didn't perform as advertised (Please see 30-Day Guarantee)

Returning packages with NaturAll is easy! Once we approve of the return, we will send a return label to your email (package must be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date or we cannot accept return).

Here's how to send back your package:
  • First thing's first, reach out to NaturAll about returning or exchanging your products. 
  • Next, print out the return labels that you should receive in your email and stick it on to a box containing the products you'd like to return!
  • Seal up your package, and ship it us!

Once we receive your package, we will issue your money back into your account or send you your desired new products! 

Please keep in mind:
  • When you return your NaturAll purchases it must be within 30 days of your purchase date. 
  • Must be sent in the same condition in order to receive a full refund. 

How to Cancel a Subscription for Future Orders

To avoid subscription renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your renewal date. You may cancel manually from our online customer portal (log in at the top right hand corner of the website and click 'Manage Subscriptions') or contact us at hello@naturallclub.com to cancel the subscription for you. 


Important: Cancelling your subscription will stop all future charges to your account, but will not refund any charges that have already been processed.
